Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original Fellow box with all manuals and accessories included to ensure a full refund.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
